Static Adjustment Strap for Suspension Training

GS Static Adjustment Strap is designed for suspension, bodyweight and rehabilitation-style training setups where a fixed working length is needed before starting the exercise. It can be used at home, outdoors or in a gym together with compatible Gravity Space accessories.

The strap allows you to set the required length in advance and then use it in a stable position during training. One side has a fixed loop, while the adjustable section can be connected with a carabiner or used together with Gravity Space fingerhooks depending on the setup.

The strap has 11 red stitched reference marks placed at 5 cm intervals. These marks help you repeat the same length setting during different exercises and make adjustment faster and more consistent.

How to use

Attach the fixed loop to a secure anchor point or compatible connector, set the required working length using the adjustable section, and connect the strap to a carabiner, fingerhook or other compatible Gravity Space accessory. The length should be adjusted before starting the exercise.
