Travel Set Pro for Suspension Training
GS Travel Set Pro is an advanced portable suspension training kit designed for outdoor, home and gym use. It allows you to perform controlled bodyweight exercises, assisted hanging, stretching and rehabilitation-style movements using a more adjustable rope-and-pulley setup.
Unlike the basic Travel Set, the Pro version includes two climbing-style pulley blocks that allow rope adjustment during training. This makes it possible to change body position under control, assist yourself into a deeper suspension position, or gradually load and unload the body during stretching and strength exercises.
The Pro setup can be used for leg and arm stretching, assisted inversion work, partial or full suspension, and controlled bodyweight training. It can also be combined with Gravity Space fingerhooks and gravity boots for full-body suspension setups involving both the hands and the legs.

How to use
Attach the system to a secure anchor point, connect the rope and pulley setup, and adjust the rope position according to the exercise. The pulley blocks allow smoother adjustment during training, including assisted lifting, controlled lowering, stretching positions and full-body suspension variations.
